OTHER AMENITIES

At the salt water lagoon you will find rowboats, lounge chairs, picnic tables, barbeque, badminton and volleyball, a pizza oven and a gazebo available for use. Volleyball and badminton equipment are stored by the lagoon dock. Outdoor and indoor showers, restroom and laundry facilities are located nearby.

Two paved tennis courts and two paved pickleball courts are adjacent to the Core Area. The pickleball courts have equipment and a basketball court is on the pickleball court as well. Use is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The small boathouse by the marina dock houses paddles, canoes, paddleboards and kayaks for use by members and their guests. Members log their use in the sign-out sheet in the boathouse. Lifejackets are located here as well. Parental supervision is recommended.

In the barn, two ping-pong tables and equipment are available for use. The barn also includes a lounge with a TV and a wireless network for internet use. All available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The social centerpieces of the Core Area are the Members’ Lounge and adjacent Bazzard Room. Use of the Members’ Lounge is available exclusively for Maracaibo members, privately or for group functions. There is a small fee for private use of the Members’ Lounge and Bazzard Room.
