The Website is operated using MemberLeap, a cloud-based association and community management platform. Our agreement for this service is with LSG Canada Inc., doing business as Lighthouse Software Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valsoft Corporation, a Canadian company headquartered in Montreal. MemberLeap was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Lansing, Michigan, and continues to operate autonomously within the Valsoft portfolio.
MemberLeap stores and processes member data on servers located in the United States of America. By registering as a member and using the Website, you acknowledge and consent to your personal information being transferred to and stored in the United States.

14. Children’s Privacy and Event Photography
14.1 Children’s Use of the Website
The Website is intended for use by adult members and property owners of Maracaibo. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under the age of 13 through the Website. The Website allows for adult members to add family details including children and grandchildren to the member directory, at their discretion. Maracaibo occasionally photographs or videos community events, such as neighbourhood gatherings, seasonal celebrations, and recreational activities, where children of members may be present.
